Ingredients :
For 18 donuts
- 500 g flour (a little more, if necessary)
- 20 g of baker's yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ liter of milk
- 60 g of butter
- 150 g brown sugar blond
- 2 eggs

1 / Warm the milk.
