Ingredients :
- 1 cucumber
- 4 or 5 sticks Surimi
- 10 basil leaves
- 1 sheet of Nori (radius Japanese)
- Radish sprouts
- Soy sauce
Preparation :
To prepare maki cucumber and radish sprouts France:
1 / Remove the ends of the cucumber, cut the cucumber into sections and remove seeds with an apple corer.
2 / Wrap each stick surimi in 1 or 2 basil leaves and place them in the overlapping sections of cucumber which exceeds with a paring knife.
3 / Cucumber Wrap each section of a band of slightly moistened to form seaweed maki. Serve with a little radish sprouts and soy sauce.
