homemade hamburger buns


Ingredients :

- 500gr flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 200 ml of water
- 20g of baker's yeast
- A little sesame

preparation :

To make your home made hamburger buns:

1 / Dissolve the yeast with water and sugar.

2 / In another bowl, mix the flour and salt.

3 / Pour water-yeast and sugar in the bowl of flour and add remaining ingredients. Mix until a soft dough that does not stick to your fingers.

4 / Divide the dough, 10 small balls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5 / Let rest 1 to 2 hours, until the balls double in volume.

6 / Bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
