Flour fritters

Ingredients :

- 500 g flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 1/2 square of baker's yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 liters of frying oil
- Warm Water

Preparation :

To make your fried flour:
1 / Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.

2 / Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar and salt. Add warm water until a slurry is formed.

3 / Add the yeast to your preparation. If your dough is too thin, add flour.

4 / Let your dough rest for 2 hours.

5 / Heat the oil. Form balls with your dough. Once the oil mud, add your dumplings.

6 / Let fry until well browned your meatballs either. Mop your flour fritters on paper towels when you take them out of the oil.

You can enjoy your meal fritters hot or cold and can also accompany your meal.
