Chalosse beef fillet grilled with olive tapenade

 Ingredients :

- 4 beef fillet Chalosse of about 160gr
- 1 tablespoon tapenade
- 20cl veal
- 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation :

To make your Chalosse beef fillet grilled with olive tapenade:
1 / Have the veal cut in half in a saucepan. Off the heat, add the tapenade, keep the sauce warm without boiling.

2 / Cook beef fillets in a skillet in oil.

3 / Serve immediately with sauce, serve with fried potatoes with pepper strips.
